MeetMarket brings together selected documentary filmmakers with national and international executive producers, broadcasters and distributors attending AIDC.

Designed to match documentary filmmakers most innovative project ideas with targeted national and international audiences - MeetMarket provides the opportunity for creative and original ideas to be fast-tracked within a supportive and structured setting.

Executive producers, broadcasters and distributors view online two-minute pitch teasers of 25 selected documentary projects in advance of attending AIDC.

Projects entered may be at any stage of development, production or post-production.

After viewing the pitch teasers, the executive producers, broadcasters and distributors choose which projects they wish to discuss further in one-on-one meetings with the documentary producers. These meetings are scheduled during the conference and take place in the designated MeetMarket room.

 

MeetMarket 2011 submissions will open in late August 2010 (TBA)

Update Your Submission

Did you participate in MeetMarket 2010? You can edit the details of your submission to ensure project information is kept up to date. You can also upload new photos or a new trailer. 

To update your submission, follow these steps:

Step 1 - If you are not aready Signed-in, then do so at the top right-hand-side of this screen. Otherwise, skip to Step 4.

Step 2 - Click on "MeetMarket" from the menu on the left-hand-side of screen.

Step 3 - Click on "MeetMarket Submissions" button on right-hand-side of screen.

Step 4 - Click on "Title [Your Project Name]" button on right-hand-side of screen. You will then be directed to the original submission form.

Step 5 - Update form as required. 

NB - Make sure you go through the form clicking 'next' all the way to the end including the photo and video upload section to ensure that your changes are saved. You will know that your changes have been saved when you see the screen message "Thank you for submitting your project to MeetMarket".
