The Screening Room Screenings

The first Wednesday of every month - we have the remedy to satisfy your documentary needs. The Screening Room is a screening program of some of the world's greatest documentaries. Launching on 1 September at the Mercury Cinema Adelaide, with the multi-award winning and Academy Award nominated THE MOST DANGEROUS MAN IN AMERICA.

The Screening Room is co-presented by AIDC and Media Resource Centre.


Membership

Broadcasters, distributors, sales agents and festival programmers are eligible to become members of the Screening Room. If you wish to receive an invitation, please click here.

MeetMarket and Trailer Park content is primarily for co-production purposes, and is available to targeted Screening Room members (these members are bound by a confidentiality clause to ensure projects are protected from copyright infringement).

Videotheque content is primarily for acquisition purposes, and is available to all Screening Room members

Submissions

Videos can be submitted to the Screening Room at any time during the year, and members are able to view new submissions as soon as they are uploaded. The Screening Room will continue to market the video content to subscribers throughout the year, ensuring members are continually updated with the latest Screening Room activity.
 

  • Submissions to Videotheque and Trailer Park are open year-round
  • Submissions for MeetMarket 2010 are now closed
  • Submissions for MeetMarket 2011 will open in late August (TBA)

The Screening Room is a private online video viewing platform designed for acquisition and co-production purposes. Documentary projects submitted to MeetMarket, Videotheque and Trailer Park are available for broadcasters, distributors, sales agents and festival programmers to view.
